Cover base NEON №49 — neon electric blue shade.

Characteristics of Cover base:

  • medium consistency;
  • excellent self-leveling;
  • adheres tightly even in one leveling layer;
  • low-acid (pH 6.8);
  • has high adhesion.

Despite high pigmentation, it cures well in the lamp.

We recommend necessarily applying a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base from EDLEN under all Cover base.
