Cover base NEON №48 — neon yellow shade.
Characteristics of Cover base:
- medium consistency;
- excellent self-leveling;
- lays tightly even in one leveling layer;
- low-acid (pH 6.8);
- high adhesion.
Despite high pigmentation, it dries well in the lamp.
We recommend applying a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base by EDLEN under all Cover bases.
