Description

Staleks Pro EXPERT 93 TYPE 1 Tweezers with hook — micro scissors designed for cuticle removal in trimming and combined manicure, as well as for working with eyebrows and eyelashes in salon conditions.

Staleks Pro EXPERT micro scissors are made of durable stainless steel and polished with DOI paste, which increases corrosion resistance. The tool is light and maneuverable in work, and thanks to professional manual sharpening, it is easy to make a precise cut.

Blade shape of Staleks Pro Expert 93 TYPE 1 tweezers

The unique curve of the narrow blades with a "hook" tip is a patented Staleks technology. Thanks to the shape that follows the contours of the cuticle, it ensures neat removal of the periungual skin without the risk of injury. The tool is convenient to work in the sinus area and hard-to-reach periungual zones. The edges are polished on the outside and do not scratch the nail plate.

Staleks tweezers EXPERT 93 TYPE 1 are worth buying for manicure masters, as well as browists and lash makers. The tool is convenient for leveling eyebrow hairs, removing gel from tips, and separating stuck eyelashes.

Handles of Staleks EXPERT 93 1 SE-93/1 tweezers

Miniature scissors with straight elongated handles without rings, which are comfortable to hold in the right (dominant) hand. The soft and smooth movement of the tweezers makes the tool maneuverable and predictable in work. When performing a manicure, the master has a view of the working area, there is no need to twist the wrist, the hand gets less tired during a long procedure. Straight handles without rings do not rub or press on the fingers, and the ribbed surface minimizes slipping.

Care and cleaning:

It is important to clean and disinfect after each use. The safety of the master and clients involves maintaining a clean work table and following all sterilization and disinfection steps. Additionally, gloves and masks should be used. Let's go through the processing steps step by step.

Step 1. Disinfection. It is carried out to destroy pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms. Helps reduce the number of fungal spores. Immerse in a disinfectant solution, for example Staleks Pro disinfectant. Then follow the instructions of the solution manufacturer. Standard processing time is 15-30 minutes. When purchasing disinfectants, it is better to choose those whose instructions indicate activity against hepatitis B, C viruses and dermatomycosis. Disinfection can be combined with washing in specialized devices to destroy blood and dirt particles by vibration.

Step 2. Washing. To remove residues of the chemical solution, rinse the tool with water and a special detergent manually, or use a washing machine. In places of the screw and other connections, use specialized brushes with plastic bristles, carefully handling the cutting parts. Cleaning can also be done in an ultrasonic bath.

Step 3. Drying. Carefully lay them open with the cutting part up on disposable paper towels, then place in kraft bags. The tool must remain completely dry, as residual moisture during subsequent sterilization can cause corrosion.

Step 4. Sterilization. Destroys bacteria, viruses and fungal spores. Follow the instructions of the sterilizer or solution manufacturer. Sterilization can be physical and chemical. Physical — hot, using elevated temperatures in steam equipment (autoclave) or dry heat (dry oven), chemical — cold, using specialized chemical solutions.

Recommendations for sterilization and disinfection:

  1. Although Staleks Pro has an anti-corrosion coating, they should not be soaked in water for a long time — this will reduce the anti-corrosion protection.
  2. Use a disinfectant intended for this purpose. It is forbidden to treat with aggressive substances (acetone and alkali).
  3. Use a container suitable for chemical aggressive agents. The disinfectant solution should cover at least 1 cm, the concentration and exposure time are indicated on the product packaging.
  4. After disinfection, thoroughly clean off any remaining solution, as they may cause corrosion in the future.
  5. After sterilization, leave the contents in the dry oven or autoclave until completely cool. During a sharp temperature change, the physical properties of the steel may be disrupted, and sharpening will be needed more often.
  6. Fill the sterilizer to 70% so as not to block the ventilation holes, place the kraft bag in one layer.
  7. After sterilization, check the external indicators, which will change color if the procedure is successful. Open and remove the contents directly in front of the client.

How to check the cut quality

The sharpness of the cutting blades is checked on a "collar" napkin.

  • Prepare the material with which the cut test will be performed. Make sure it is even and sufficiently taut.
  • Take the selected model you want to test in your working hand, open the blades and hold it relative to the material as when working with nail plate correction/cuticle trimming.
  • Insert the test material between the cutting edges from the tip to the required sharpening length of the working cutting part and begin to smoothly make a cut with slight pressure. Make sure the blades do not catch, but make an even and smooth cut.
  • Repeat the process to confirm the result. Note that the cut should be clear and easy.
  • An even and smooth cut confirms the impeccable quality of sharpening and readiness for use.
  • If the blades catch or the cut is uneven, they should be replaced or contact a service center for blade sharpening.

Sharpening

The master sharpens the blades under a microscope on diamond wheels to ensure a neat cut when performing manicure.

If you have dropped, bent, deformed the steel, the tips are crooked, or the closure is incomplete — the working part can be restored.

FAQ: frequently asked questions

  • How are tweezers different from regular manicure scissors? Miniature cutting edges with a unique hook curve, straight elongated handles without rings, and increased cutting precision in hard-to-reach areas.
  • Can these micro scissors be used for correcting the shape of artificial nails? No, it is not recommended to use for cutting hard materials. The main purpose of the tweezers is to treat the periungual area.

Conclusions: Staleks Pro EXPERT 93 TYPE 1 tweezers are professional premium micro scissors with a patented hook-shaped blade curve that perfectly follows the contours of the cuticle, providing filigree removal of periungual skin without injury even in the sinuses and hard-to-reach areas. Suitable for manicure masters, browists, and lash makers. This is a reliable tool for jewelry precision and comfort in daily salon practice.

How to care for the tool

The durability, sharpness of the edges, and susceptibility to corrosion depend on how you use, clean, and store the scissors. To keep your manicure tool sharp and functional as long as possible, it needs proper care.

Tool storage

  1. Use the scissors for their intended purpose (for nail correction or cuticle removal, respectively) when performing classic trimming and combined manicure/pedicure. We recommend not using the tool for other purposes, as this dulls the blades and weakens the fastening.
  2. It is recommended to lubricate the connecting parts after cleaning to maintain smooth movement, avoid friction and jamming. A few drops of oil, then squeezing and releasing movements, after which the tool can be placed in sealed packaging. Remove excess oil with a clean napkin.
  3. Store manicure scissors dry and clean, in a special tool case, box, or sterile kraft bags, so that they remain clean and do not become dull by touching edges with other metal tools and objects. Sterile tools can be stored in a UV cabinet.
  4. When storing, place with blades facing up.
  5. The service life of the tool is unlimited subject to compliance with transportation, storage and use conditions.
  6. Store scissors in a dry place out of reach of children.
  7. Do not allow the tool to fall on a hard surface or contact with corrosion-active impurities.

Quality control

Enterprises have implemented an input and output control system that meets international standards DSTU ISO 9001:2015. These standards provide for quality control at every stage of production.

Stalex tools undergo several stages of technical control at the production site. First, each part is carefully checked: sharpness of edges, screw, polishing. And then — overall performance, assembly quality, and how the new batch withstands repeated use.
