NOTD Party Top Matte — a decorative top coat containing neon hexagons of various sizes, high quality, no wipe and without UV filters. Thanks to the modern formula, it self-levels perfectly and densely covers the nail plate:
– prevents chipping, does not wear off
– neon hexagons
– medium consistency
– no wipe
– does not yellow
Application: finish coat for manicure; evenly distribute Party top matte and carefully level.
Curing: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
Warning: avoid contact with skin. Use only as directed. Keep away from sunlight and out of reach of children.
