  • evenly distribute Let’s Special CHARLI in one thin layer and carefully level it; adding another layer will give you an even brighter shade
  • recommended to top with NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe, Glossy Top Wipe or Matte Top
Curing: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
