Application technology:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator
- apply ultrabond
- apply an elastic base coat with Rubber Base and cure
- evenly distribute Let’s Special CHARLI in one thin layer and level it carefully, adding another layer will give you an even brighter shade
- we recommend covering with a top NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe, Glossy Top Wipe or Matte Top
