Cover base NEW Formula — a new formula of base coat that provides fast curing and long-lasting durability.

Application technology:
- cleanse the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if needed, apply ultrabond
- create an elastic underlay of Scotch base and cure
- evenly distribute Cover base in one thin layer and carefully level it.
We recommend sealing with NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Curing: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
