Cover base NEW Formula — a new base coat formula that provides fast curing and long-lasting durability.
The second part of 10 summer shades of Cover base NEW Formula:
— tested in an artificial aging chamber, resistant to peeling
— European pigment that creates the feel of a semi-transparent base and stylish natural nails
— the base does not shrink, allowing coverage of any length
— no aggressive acids
— convenient consistency that quickly levels the coating in a few seconds
— no heating sensation during curing
— modern formula with no color fading
— has high plasticity, medium consistency
Application technique:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if needed apply ultrabond
- apply an elastic base layer of Scotch base and cure
- evenly distribute Cover base in one thin layer and carefully level it.
We recommend finishing with NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Curing: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
