LUNAmoon. Premium Builder Gel "La Ballerina" #09, 30 ml, builder gel

Classic Premium builder gel – a polymer light-curing material that, due to its strength, allows significant lengthening of the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that start the polymerization process when the material is exposed to ultraviolet light of a certain wavelength.

Features:

• Acid-free.
• Has shock absorption, does not crack on impact.
• Has a medium consistency.
• Has medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.
• Suitable for the "non-file extension" technique.
• Suitable for "top form" extensions.
• Does not cause a burning sensation in the lamp.
• Becomes thicker in the cold and thinner in the warmth.
• Thixotropic — becomes thinner when moving the brush during application.
• It can be additionally warmed to make the gel thinner.
• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. If the thickness is less than 1 mm, it may slightly bend, but this does not affect wear.
• Does not shrink and holds the arch well.
• Requires a Rubber Base underlay.
• Polymerization wavelength 365-405 nm.
• UV/LED lamp power 36-48W.
• Acceptable coating thickness 0.5 mm at the tip / 1 mm at the apex.
• Full polymerization 120 seconds.

Application method:

STRENGTHENING

1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm of length, which will be removed after leveling.
3. With a 220 grit file, gently file the top of the nail without heavy pressure, lifting the nail plate scales, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after using them.
6. Degrease the nail using LUNAmoon Nail Prep. Do two passes. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orangewood stick, cover it with a wipe, and clean everything around the cuticle area and sidewalls.
7. Primer is optional, but if the base for the underlay has enough acidity, it is not needed.
8. LUNAmoon Rubber Base underlay is best applied with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing-in. Work into all nail sidewalls and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the tacky layer.
10. Level with gel, leaving a 0.5–1 mm gap from the cuticle. Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the nail edge to support the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to file away 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. This will prevent material detachment. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will start separating from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, wipe off the tacky layer and apply gel polish.
14. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

CLASSIC EXTENSION

1. Removal
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and shape it round.

11. Build the artificial nail shape with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and shape the nail as desired.
13. Wipe off the tacky layer and remove excess dust.
14. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base again over the areas where the file was used. Cure for 30 seconds.
15. Level with gel, place in the lamp and pinch at 10–15 seconds. If the gel has strong tackiness or contains glitter, pinch at 20 seconds.
16. Finish curing in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off the tacky layer before applying gel polish.
18. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

Shelf life: 24 months. Store open for no more than 18 months.
