LUNAmoon. Opal Base #4, 13 ml

Opal Base  — a camouflage base for coating and leveling nails.

Features:

• Slightly acidic, pH 5-6.
• Elastic and flexible.
• Provides a high level of coverage of the natural nail due to high pigmentation.
• May show minimal shrinkage during wear because it is elastic.
• Medium consistency.
• Provides wear without lifting for 3-4 weeks.
• Has a neutral odor.
• Hypoallergenic.
• Removes well both by filing and with liquid (soak-off).
• Does not run and self-levels very quickly.
• Requires an underlay of  Rubber base LUNAmoon.
• Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.
• Curing time in lamp: 120 seconds.
• Lamp power for curing — 36-48 W (must be only the original lamp).
• Main rule during leveling: the thickness at the nail edge should be 0.5 mm.
• Thixotropic — becomes thinner if you move the brush during work.

Application method:

1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape. Or leave 2 mm in length, which we will remove after leveling.
3. Using a 220 grit file, lightly file the top of the nail without strong pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Manicure.
5. If you work with removers, after using them you need to wash your hands with soap and water.
6. Degrease the nail using  Nail Prep. Do two approaches. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First approach: wipe the nail surface. Second approach: take an orange stick, put a wipe on it, and wipe everything in the cuticle area and in the sinuses.
7. Use primer optionally, but if the base for the underlay has sufficient acidity, primer is not needed.
8. Underlay with  Rubber base Lunamoon. It is best to apply with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing motions. It is important to cover all nail sinuses. Cure for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the tacky layer.
10. Leveling with Opal Base LUNAmoon. Cure in the lamp for 90 seconds.
11. Shape filing after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the nail edge that will hold the free edge.
12. After filing, wipe off the tacky layer.
13. Apply top coat and cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.
