Top Romantic is a top with blue hearts, without a sticky layer, which will harmoniously look with any color on the nails. It can make your manicure interesting and unusual.

Features:

- eliminates strong heating of the nail plate during polymerization, so it does not cause burning in the lamp;

- has a neutral odor.

Application method:

• Apply the top to the nail plate, then cure for 120 sec.

• The finish coat is applied in one thin layer and polymerized under UV and LED lamp.
