Neo Cover Base is a universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections, and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is easy to self-level and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for clients.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, thinly apply an adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
