Neo Cover Base - Universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate, subtle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced technicians and beginners.
The palette mirrors the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, and Neo Cover Top, greatly simplifying color selection for clients.

How to Use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails and cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
