Description
Top with cat eye effect.
The composition contains fine glitter that shines in all rainbow colors. Any solid color manicure can easily be transformed into a spectacular one.
Product characteristics:
- medium consistency, closer to liquid;
- no strong odor;
- convenient brush.
Working technique:
- Apply a thin layer of top adding a small drop and smooth it out. Do NOT cure, but use a magnet to create a design.
- Cure for 60 seconds.
