Description
Top Cheers is a matte top with no sticky layer that maintains good mattness for two weeks. This top with gold foil glitter, like living bubbles, creates a playful and festive effect on nails.
- Flexible, does not break on nails;
- Scratch resistant, does not rub off;
- Easy to wipe clean from dirt;
- Has self-leveling glitter consistency;
- Gives a nice plush effect on nails.
It is recommended to cure in a lamp for 2 minutes for maximum preservation of mattness!

APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY:
- Perform standard nail preparation.
- After that, it is recommended to clean the nail plate with a degreasing agent Prep&Finish Edlen.
- Apply Ultrabond Edlen – a special product that promotes a strong bond between the artificial material and the nail plate.
- Apply Edlen base coat in a thin or leveling layer, cure it in a UV lamp for 90 seconds, in an LED/hybrid lamp for 60 seconds.
- Apply Top matt Cheers Edlen in one coat, distribute the glitter well on the nail plate and cure in a UV lamp for 90 seconds, in an LED/hybrid lamp for 60 seconds.
Composition: Di-hema trimethylhexyl dicarbamate, droxypropyl methacrylate, hema (hydroxyethyl methacrylate), methylbenzyl diphenylphosphine oxide, hedroxycyclohexyl ketone, glyceryl dimethacrylate pyromellitate, p-hydroxyanisole.
