Cover base POTAL №23 — a milky shade with pieces of colored potal.

Characteristics of Cover base:

  • medium consistency;
  • self-levels perfectly;
  • lays densely even in one leveling layer;
  • low-acid (pH 6.8);
  • soft;
  • has high adhesion.
The potal included in the base is evenly distributed and does not require filing.

We recommend that a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base from EDLEN be applied under all Cover base.
