Cover base PIXIE No.40 — a lilac shade with opal shimmer.
Cover base characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- excellent self-leveling;
- lays densely even in one leveling layer;
- low-acid (pH 6.8);
- soft;
- has high adhesion.
We recommend always applying a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base from EDLEN under all Cover bases.
