Cover base NEON №44 — neon fuchsia shade.
Cover base Characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- excellent self-leveling;
- lays densely even in one leveling layer;
- low-acid (pH 6.8);
- has high adhesion.
Despite high pigmentation, it dries well in a lamp.
We recommend to apply a thin layer of EDLEN Rubber/Silk base under all Cover bases.
