Cover base HOLOGRAM №17 — light lilac shade with holographic shimmer.
Characteristics of Cover base:
- medium consistency;
- perfectly self-leveling;
- lays down densely even in one leveling layer;
- low-acid (pH 6.8);
- soft;
- has high adhesion.
We strongly recommend applying a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base by EDLEN under all Cover bases.
