Cover base FLASH №56 — reflective emerald shade.
Cover base features:
- medium consistency;
- self-levels perfectly;
- applies densely even in one leveling coat;
- low acid (pH 6.8);
- has high adhesion.
Cover Base FLASH contains glitter, foil, and reflective sand, creating a shimmering effect on nails.
We recommend applying a thin layer of Rubber/Silk base from EDLEN under all Cover bases.
