Metallic Powder – a chrome powder for creating flawlessly metallic nails.
Use it for both designs and full nail coverage. When applied over a transparent or camouflage base, it has a delicate metallic sheen; when applied over a dark gel polish base, it produces a more vibrant shade.
The fine-grained texture of the powder allows quick and dense rubbing into the nail without streaks or gaps.
Metallic Powder rubs excellently into both ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ top coats and provides an unmatched mirror shine throughout the entire wear of the manicure.
Application technique:
0-3 Prep. Prepare the nail plate for gel polish application in the standard way: manicure, degreasing, dehydration, bonding.
4. Base: apply a hard base coat in a leveling layer. Cure in a UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, in an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
5. Design:
5.1. For a more vibrant finish, apply a dark color as the design base. Cure in a UV/LED lamp for 60-90 seconds.
5.2. Apply a liquid porous top coat without a sticky layer, TOP NO WIPE. Cure in a UV/LED lamp for 15-30 seconds.
5.3. Rub the powder into the top coat with an applicator or finger until shiny. In hard-to-reach areas near the cuticle and sidewalls, you can use a silicone brush.
5.4. Be sure to brush off excess powder with a soft brush, and remove residue from the free edges with a buffer.
5.5. For better powder adhesion, carefully seal the free edges with ULTRABOND primer.
6. Top: secure the coating with a thick top coat. Cure in a UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, in an LED lamp for 1 minute.
PRO tip: For better wearability of the mirror powder coating, we recommend applying it on nails reinforced with hard materials.
