With IBDI sliders you can create a special, unique and bright manicure. Simple and convenient application and long-lasting wear — are among their main advantages.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Prepare the nails for applying the slider design: do a manicure and cover with builder gel/gel polish.
- Apply a background color — a light shade or camouflage.
- On the dried color layers, apply top for better adhesion of the slider design to the nail. Cure the top in a UV lamp for 1 min, in an LED lamp – 30 sec. The slider design must be attached to the tacky layer!
- Choose a slider design, trim and prepare it according to the size of the nail.
- Place the slider design on a cotton pad soaked in warm water at 40-50 degrees (!), paper side down (approx. 15-30 sec), transfer the image onto the nail to the base of the cuticle. You can use hotter water, so the film will be more elastic and easier to remove!
- Smooth out the slider design, pushing out residual water and air with a soft cloth. Air dry or in a lamp. File the tips well and treat with a lint-free cloth moistened with a liquid for removing the tackiness.
- Apply top coat (1-2 layers), curing each layer and "sealing" the tips well.
