SILLER Potal Base — are delicate camouflage bases with the addition of bright shimmering pieces of potal (leaf foil).
They level easily, are convenient to work with, and fully cover the nail plate.
We recommend applying a thin layer of Siller Rubber Base as a base coat before using Potal Base.
Cover Base Milky should be stored in a dark place, and during use, avoid exposure to UV-/LED-lamp rays, as this can alter the product's properties.
