SILLER Potal Base — is a gentle camouflage base with the addition of bright shimmering potal pieces.
They level easily, are convenient to work with, and fully cover the nail plate.
We recommend applying a thin layer of Siller Rubber Base as an undercoat before using Potal Base.
Cover Base Milky should be stored in a dark place and during use avoid exposure to UV/LED lamp rays, as this may alter the product's properties.
