Thanks to double-layer UV printing with a white backing, SOVADECOR sliders have an extremely sharp and vibrant image.
The sliders are made of a thin polymer film, which makes them easy to separate from the backing after soaking and conform to the shape of the nail.
SOVADECOR sliders are very easy to use, so even technicians with little experience can create stunning designs without difficulty.
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Prepare the nails for applying slider design: do a manicure and apply builder gel/gel polish. If the nails are soft, reinforce them.
2. Apply the background color.
3. On the cured color layers, apply a top coat for better adhesion of the slider to the nail. Cure the top coat under a UV lamp for 1 minute, or under an LED lamp for 30 seconds.
4. Select a slider, trim it, and prepare it according to the nail size.
5. Place the slider paper-side down on a cotton pad moistened with warm water (! 40-50 °C), wait approximately 15-30 seconds, and transfer the image by sliding the slider onto the nail towards the cuticle base.
6. Smooth out the film, pushing out any remaining water and air with a soft tissue. Allow to air dry or cure under a lamp. File the free edge well and wipe with a lint-free wipe moistened with cleanser for removing the sticky layer to get rid of dust.
7. Apply 1-2 layers of top coat, curing each layer under the lamp (pay special attention to the free edges; they need to be well sealed).
