Universal transparent self-leveling base. Suitable for creating a base layer and leveling. Reliable adhesion to the nail plate ensures a durable coating without chips or premature peeling.

Attention! Also, please note that even in cloudy weather, clouds transmit a large amount of ultraviolet radiation, which is sufficient to polymerize the material.
