- Panther — rich dark pink with bright metallic shine.

How to use:
1. Apply black gel polish ELSE or any dark gel / base.2. Cover with a thin layer of Cat Eye Silk Instinct.
3. Form the glare with a magnet.
4. Cure for 60 sec in LED or 120 sec in UV lamp.
5. Seal with ELSE top.
