Description

Semi-transparent gel in a jar with a vacuum pump Cover Gel

Cover Gel — a camouflage gel of classic 'medium' consistency for strengthening and salon extension of nails to medium length

Used for:

strengthening short nails using the sidewall technique
correction of architecture using the 'no filing' technique
extension of salon shapes of medium length

The gel has a consistency close to base and controlled self-leveling, which is suitable for fast work. Semi-transparent natural shades softly camouflage the nail plate, creating an ideal base for French manicures.

Convenient to use and store thanks to the vacuum dosing system: one press = one drop. The drop volume is regulated by the force of pressing the pump.

How to apply the gel:

0. Prepare the nail plate: remove previous coating, perform a manicure, give the desired shape to the free edge of the nail.
1. Degreasing: mechanically (with a 180/240 file) and chemically (using Prep&Finish and a lint-free wipe) degrease the nail plate
2. Dehydration: apply Nail Fresher to the entire nail, let it air dry until a whitish tint appears on the surface of the nail plate
3. Bonding: if using adhesive base PRO Base-Bond, skip this step
4. Base layer: apply a priming even layer of base coat PRO Base-Bond, carefully coating the side walls and free edge. Cure the base coat in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. For convenience of further gel application, remove the sticky layer from the base.
5.1. Strengthening:
- using a gel brush, apply a thin layer of gel over the entire surface of the nail plate with a 1.5mm gap from the cuticle
- on the uncured gel, apply a second leveling layer, considering the basic principles of modeling with liquid gels
- cure in an LED lamp for 90 seconds at a reduced power mode of 24W
- remove residual stickiness using Prep&Finish and a lint-free wipe
- with a 150/180 grit file, perform a step-by-step filing of the shape
- file the natural nail from the inside at least 1mm with a drill bit or file.
5.2. Extension:
- prepare/install forms one by one on each finger
- with a 1.5mm gap from the cuticle area, lay a thin base of desired length and shape directly on the lower or upper form, then model the nail architecture with gel
- cure in an LED lamp for 90 seconds at a reduced power mode of 24W
- remove residual stickiness using PREP&FINISH and a lint-free wipe
- with a 150/180 file, perform a step-by-step filing of the shape

Note! Before first use, remove the transparent protective cap from the pump!
