Neo Cover Base - universal base for an ideal manicure. It is designed to slightly even out the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly eases color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base on prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
