Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal small imperfections and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced and beginner technicians.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which makes color selection for the client much easier.

Purpose: for light leveling, for color coating

How to use:
1. Apply adhesion base thinly on prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
