Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
Bases have medium consistency that self-levels easily and does not require extra effort, so it will suit both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Purpose: for light leveling, for color coating

Directions for use:
1. Apply thin adhesive base on prepared nails, cure 60 seconds in 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure 60 seconds in 48W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 seconds in 48W LED lamp.
