Neo Cover Base - Universal base for perfect manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency, easily self-leveling and do not require additional effort, so it is suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies the color selection for the client.

Usage method:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base on prepared nails, dry for 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Dry for 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.
