Neo Cover Base - Universal base for ideal manicure. It is created to lightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced technician and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
