Top Romantic is a top coat with pink hearts, without a sticky layer, which will look harmonious with any color on nails. It can make your manicure interesting and unusual.
Features:

Application method:
• Apply the top coat to the nail plate, then cure for 120 seconds.
• The finish coat is applied in one thin layer and cured under UV and LED lamp.
