Top Romantic is a top with blue hearts, without a sticky layer, which will harmoniously look with any color on the nails. It can make your manicure interesting and unusual.
Features:

Application method:
• Apply the top to the nail plate, then dry for 120 seconds.
• The top coat is applied in one thin layer and polymerized under a UV and LED lamp.
