Cat Eye base #2 is a "cat eye" effect base. The product contains fine metallic particles that, reacting to a magnet, move in the uncured layer of the coating, creating an ideal design with a charming shine.
Characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- self-levels well;
- does not require a dark base coat as it has optimal color density.
Application method:
- Apply Rubber base to the prepared nail plate with rubbing motions.
- Remove the tacky layer.
- Then apply a thin layer of the "cat eye" effect base, add a sculpting drop, turn the finger over to level, and use a magnet to form the highlight.
- Cure for 160 seconds.
- Then apply a top coat to finish the manicure.
