Cat Eye base #3 — is a base with a cat eye effect. The product contains fine metal particles that, reacting to a magnet, move in the uncured layer of coating, creating an ideal design with a magical shine.
Characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- self-levels well;
- does not require a dark base coat as it has optimal color density.
Application method:
- Apply Rubber base to the prepared nail plate with rubbing motions.
- Wipe off the sticky layer.
- Then apply a not thick layer of cat eye base, add a modeling drop, turn the finger over to level it, and use a magnet to form the highlight.
- Cure for 160 seconds.
- Then cover with top to finish the manicure.
