Neo Cover Base - is a universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections, and give a delicate shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced and beginner nail professionals.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for clients.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.
