Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections, and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no extra effort, so it suits both experienced and beginner technicians.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for clients.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
