Mousse gel 01-06

Mousse gel — modeling gel with a thick creamy texture, created in collaboration Lora Sheiderova × LUNAmoon. The material stretches plastically behind the brush, while holding its given shape well and does not spread during work. Thanks to minimal thixotropy, the gel is convenient to lay out in upper forms: it stays in place and gives enough time for precise modeling without rushing. The dense controlled consistency allows you to work with several forms at once, without worrying that the material will seep or lose the required architecture. Delicate glitter adds a special effect to the coating, creating a soft glow in the light, similar to the effect of a light rubbing.

Features:

• Has a very thick and viscous consistency, due to which the material does not spread and allows you to work calmly with the shape.
• Practically does not self-level, so the gel can be precisely applied with a brush and each stage of modeling can be controlled.
• Has high strength after polymerization and preserves the built nail architecture well.
• In its properties, the material approaches hard, so during modeling it is important to control the thickness of the coating, especially in the cuticle zone.
• Has moderate cushioning at a thickness of 1 mm, thereby remaining maximally stable and maintaining a beautiful arch.
• Suitable for nail extensions and modeling.
• Mandatory requires a base of Rubber Base.
• UV/Led lamp power 36-48W.
• Permissible coating thickness 0.5 mm at the free edge / 1 mm at the apex.
• Full polymerization 120 seconds.

Application method:

STRENGTHENING

1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm in length, which will be removed after leveling.
3. Using a 220 grit file, file the top of the nail without strong pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after working with them.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon. Perform two approaches. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First approach: wipe the nail surface. Second approach: take an orange stick, wrap a wipe around it and wipe everything in the cuticle area and sinuses.
7. Use primer optionally, but if the base coat has sufficient acidity, it is not needed.
8. It is best to apply the Rubber Base LUNAmoon base with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing. Paint all nail sinuses and cure in lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the sticky layer.
10. Level the nail plate with gel, making a 0.5–1 mm indentation from the cuticle. Do not create excessive thickness in the cuticle zone: the material approaches hard, so on the soft and moving part of the nail plate excess material can cause peeling. Cure in lamp for 60 seconds.
11. We file the shape after leveling. This is necessary so that a thickness is created on the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it can curl, so we must file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. In this way, there will be no material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will start to separate from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, remove the tackiness and apply gel polish.
14. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

CLASSIC EXTENSION

1. Removal.
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and create a round shape.
3. Using a 220 grit file, file the top of the nail without strong pressure, lifting the nail plate scales, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform the manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after handling them.
6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep LUNAmoon. Perform two steps. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First step: wipe the nail surface. Second step: take an orange stick, wrap the wipe around it, and wipe everything in the cuticle area and sidewalls.
7. Apply LUNAmoon primer.
8. The base using Rubber Base LUNAmoon is best applied with a flat gel brush. Use pressing motions. Outline all nail sidewalls and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the tackiness.
10. Attach the extension form for the free edge of the nail.
11. Apply the shape of the artificial nail with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and shape the nail as desired.
13. Wipe off tackiness and excess dust.
14. Go over the filed areas again with Rubber Base LUNAmoon. Cure for 30 seconds.
15. Perform gel sculpting, controlling the material thickness and not overloading the cuticle area. Leave a small gap from the cuticle. Place in the lamp and clamp the arch at approximately the 20th second of polymerization, as the gel contains glitter. After clamping, finish curing the material in the lamp.
16. Finish curing in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off tackiness before applying gel polish.
18. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

Shelf life of the product: 24 months. After opening, store no longer than 18 months.
