Neo Cover Base Universal base for a perfect manicure. It is created to lightly level the nail surface, conceal small imperfections, and give a delicate subtle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no additional effort, making them suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette echoes the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, greatly simplifying color selection for clients.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base and cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply the clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
