Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and does not require additional effort, so it is suitable for both experienced masters and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies the selection of color for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
