Neo Cover Base - a universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and give a delicate, soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and does not require additional effort, so it is suitable for both experienced and beginner professionals.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Method of use:
1. Apply a thin coat of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or color base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
