Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly even out the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate tender shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no additional effort, so it will suit both an experienced nail tech and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin coat of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
