Mousse gel — modeling gel with a thick creamy texture, created in collaboration Lora Sheiderova × LUNAmoon. The material plastically stretches behind the brush, while well holding the given shape and does not spread during work. Thanks to minimal thixotropy, the gel is convenient to lay out into upper forms: it stays in place and gives enough time for precise modeling without rushing. The dense controlled consistency allows you to work with several forms at once, without worrying that the material will run or lose the desired architecture. A special effect to the coating is added by delicate glitter, which in the light creates a soft glow, similar to the effect of a light rubbing.

Features:

• Has a very thick and viscous consistency, due to which the material does not spread and allows you to calmly work with the shape.
• Practically does not self-level, so the gel can be precisely laid out with a brush and control each stage of modeling.
• Has high strength after polymerization and well preserves the built nail architecture.
• In its properties, the material is close to hard, so during modeling it is important to control the thickness of the coating, especially in the cuticle area.
• Has moderate flexibility in thickness of 1 mm, thanks to which it remains maximally stable and holds the arch well.
• Suitable for nail extension and modeling.
• Mandatorily requires a base of Rubber Base.
• Power of UV/Led lamp 36-48W.
• Allowable coating thickness 0.5 mm at the free edge / 1 mm at the apex.
• Full polymerization 120 seconds.

Application method:

STRENGTHENING

1. Removal.
2. We do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm in length, which we will remove after leveling.
3. With a 220 grit file, we file without strong pressure on the nail from above, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. We do a manicure.
5. If we work with removers, after working with them we wash our hands with soap.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon. We do two passes. We use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange stick, put a wipe on it and wipe everything in the cuticle area and in the sinuses.
7. We use primer optionally, but if the base for the underlayer has sufficient acidity, then it is not needed.
8. It is best to apply the Rubber Base LUNAmoon underlayer with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing. We draw all the sinuses of the nail and dry in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. We wipe off the stickiness.
10. We level the nail plate with gel, making a 0.5–1 mm indent from the cuticle. In the cuticle area we do not create excessive thickness: the material is close to hard, so on the soft and mobile part of the nail plate, excess material can cause detachment. We dry in the lamp for 60 seconds.
11. We file the shape after leveling. This is necessary so that a thickness is formed at the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. In this case, there will be no material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will start to separate from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, wipe off the sticky layer and apply a top coat.
14. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

CLASSIC EXTENSION

1. Removal.
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and create a round shape.
3. Use a 220 grit file to lightly file the top of the nail without pressing too hard, lifting the nail plate scales, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after handling them.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon. Do two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange stick, wrap a wipe around it, and wipe everything in the cuticle area and sidewalls.
7. Use LUNAmoon primer.
8. It is best to apply the LUNAmoon Rubber Base underlay with a flat gel brush. Use rubbing motions. Paint all nail sidewalls and cure in a lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the sticky layer.
10. Attach the extension form for the free edge of the nail.
11. Apply clear gel to create the artificial nail shape. Cure for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and shape the nail as desired.
13. Wipe off stickiness and excess dust.
14. Go over the areas where the file was used again with LUNAmoon Rubber Base. Cure for 30 seconds.
15. Perform gel sculpting, controlling the material thickness and without overloading the cuticle area. Leave a small gap from the cuticle. Place in the lamp and squeeze the arch at approximately the 20th second of polymerization, as the gel contains glitter. After squeezing, complete curing in the lamp.
16. Continue curing in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off the sticky layer before applying the color coat.
18. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

COMPOSITION: Acrylates Copolymer, IBOA, Silica, TMO, Mica. 
May contain: CI 77499, CI 77891, CI 14700, CI 47000, CI 42090.

Product shelf life: 24 months. Once opened, keep for no more than 18 months.
