Step-by-step instructions:
1. Prepare your nails for applying the foil: do a manicure, apply a base coat, and if needed, strengthen with builder gel.
2. Choose the appropriate size of the foil.
3. Using an orange stick, form the foil into a tube shape, as this will make it easier to stick it near the cuticle.
4. Carefully stretch the foil, stick it in the center of the nail, and smooth it towards the sidewalls, avoiding creases and air bubbles.
5. Remove the excess foil with a nail file, moving in one direction.
6. Apply a thin layer of base and top coat, curing each layer in the lamp (pay special attention to the ends, they need to be well covered).
