SILLER Potal Base — these are delicate camouflage bases with the addition of bright shimmering pieces of foil.
They level easily, are convenient to work with, and completely cover the nail plate.
We recommend applying a thin layer of Siller Rubber Base as a base coat before using Potal Base.
Cover Base Milky should be stored in a dark place, and during use avoid exposure to UV/LED lamp rays, as this may change the product's properties.
