SILLER Potal Base — are delicate camouflage bases with the addition of bright shimmering pieces of potale.
They level easily, are convenient to work with and completely cover the nail plate.
We recommend applying a thin layer of Siller Rubber Base as a base coat before using Potal Base.
Cover Base Milky should be stored in a dark place, and during use avoid exposure to rays from UV-/LED lamp, as this may change the product's properties.
