Cover base NEW Formula — a new base coat formula that provides fast polymerization and long-lasting durability.

Application technology:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if necessary apply ultrabond
- create an elastic layer of Scotch base and cure
- evenly distribute one thin layer of Cover base and carefully level it.
We recommend finishing with NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Polymerization: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
