"Let's Special PENELOPA" is not an ordinary gel polish, but a special nano-formula. NOTD puts the highest quality European pigments into each bottle. Thanks to this, you get a perfectly saturated and extremely bright manicure. The gel polish covers the nail plate in one light layer and polymerizes well.
Application technology:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply a dehydrator
- apply an ultra-bond
- make an elastic base with Rubber Base and polymerize
- evenly distribute Let's Special PENELOPA in one small layer and carefully level it, adding another layer, you will get an even brighter shade
- we recommend covering with NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe, Glossy Top Wipe or Matte Top
