Application technique:
- dehydrate the nail plate
- apply dehydrator
- apply ultrabond
- apply a flexible layer of Rubber Base and cure
- evenly spread Let’s Special CHARLI in one thin coat and carefully level it; adding another coat will give you an even brighter shade
- recommend to seal with top NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe, Glossy Top Wipe or Matte Top
